Mental Health and the Workplace Webinar

It is estimated that at some point in their lives, 1 in 5 Australians will have a mental health issue. Many of these will of course lead productive and fulfilling work lives while others will experience difficulties at work from time to time.

THE WORKPLACE is co-hosting this webinar with beyondblue, the national initiative to raise awareness of anxiety and depression and providing resources for recovery, management and resilience.

This webinar will cover the legislative framework including anti-discrimination laws, employment law, work health and safety and privacy. It will also provide some useful insights from an employee viewpoint and look at resources available to employers, as well as tips for what to do now.
